" Jaclyn Ryan, PA-C was terrific--she did not dismiss or belittle my pain, she took time to explain the options I had, she listened to my questions with patience, she was, in a word, compassionate. I was impressed when she advised me: "We go by the pain you're experiencing, not the X-ray." I now feel hopeful and encouraged. Dr. Irving was lovely, also. I was glad the office complex was clean and simple. Other doctors' offices I've been to, with their indoor waterfalls and Hilton-like architecture, leave me cold--I know the patients are paying for the luxury atmosphere. n< br /> Not having the sense that I was being rushed out the door.
